Agent Requests via Carrier Contracts Tab
If you have access to Spark, you can request a contract directly on the platform. Refer to the directions below to get started:
- On the Carrier Contracts tab, click on Request a contract.
- On the Carrier contract requests form, select your language and confirm the Upline and Level.
Click Get Started when ready to proceed.
- On the Agent information page, enter a Preferred Name along with the contact details.
When completed, click Continue at the bottom of the page.
- On the Contracts page, choose whether the Carrier Request is New, Transfer, or should be Ignored.
- Answer the AHIP certification question. Click Continue.
- Complete Background questions. Click Continue.
- Input E&O insurance information and click Continue.
- Some carriers may require your Social Security Number to be entered. Enter your SSN and click Continue.
- Based on the carriers selected, you may be prompted to add banking information.
Ensure it’s correct to receive commissions and click Continue.
- Upload Required documents. Click Continue.
- Ensure all information is correct on the Review contracts page.
After reviewing the contracts you’ve submitted, check the Acknowledgements box.
Before signing the documents, you can Edit the requested carriers if any changes are needed. Sign the documents and review next steps.
Depending on the carrier, there may be additional action items that need to be completed.
- Once all documents are signed, click Submit contract request.
