Carrier Contracts Tab Overview
Viewing Contracting statuses only takes a few clicks!
To get started, select Carrier Contracts on the Menu bar.
On the Carrier Contracts tab, you can view different guidelines and processes for when the tab is updated.
On the Dashboard, you will see:
- Agent/level
- Carrier/States
- 2025 Status: current status of the respective carrier. Select the hyperlink within the 2025 status to get directed to our Help Center with definitions.
- Last sync: last update made for your carrier contract.
Clicking the three dots on the far left (next to the Last sync date) will populate an action item if you need additional support on a carrier.
View previously requested contracts by checking off Show inactive contracts.
You can also view contract details for inactive contracts by selecting the three dots on the far right.
To see override reports, click View overrides report under Additional Information.
Agents can also view their overrides reports directly in the Carrier Contracts tab as well.
Contracted in a new state?
Select +Add a state on the top left to start the process.
You will be directed to a New State Appointment Request form that will help you initiate your new state request and expand carrier appointments with ease.
To start the Carrier Contract form process, click Request a contract.
Confirm upline details to seamlessly begin your Carrier Contract Request form.
Agent Requests via Carrier Contracts Tab
