Special ProgramsSend a Needs Assessment
Gather your contact’s health information with this time-saving tool.
How it works
Easily send a survey to any of your contacts individually or via a bulk send. This survey will cover the full scope of information you need to quote your contacts and prepare for your sales meetings – no pen or paper needed. The survey can also be customized to fit the specific needs of the contact. The questions presented will depend on if you are sending it to a Client or a Prospect. Once they’ve completed their Needs Assessment, your contact will now have the ability to sign a Scope of Appointment automatically as well.
- "Active Clients" will be prompted to fill out additional details in conjunction with what’s already in their profile. Once updated, that will reflect via an Updates to Review banner for you to confirm.
- "Prospects" will be be asked to provide info on their health insurance type, out of pocket costs, and retirement plans to give you insights into their specific needs depending on their unique coverage needs.
Click the arrows for a walkthrough of the survey to both “Active Clients” and “Prospects.” Agents can also send themselves a Needs Assessment to test the experience.
