Drive performance through friendly competition: Introducing the Agent Leaderboard!
Foster internal competitiveness and motivation by giving LOA agents visibility into how they rank among their peers. The Agent Leaderboard is designed to encourage high performance and healthy competition across the LOA teams.
Leaderboard Views
The leaderboard features three time-based views:
- This Week
- Last Week
- Last Month
Only the top 10 agents will be displayed in each view.
What’s Tracked
Each Top 10 agent is ranked according to the number of new applications submitted, as reported by Sunfire.
Eligibility Criteria
- To appear in the weekly leaderboard, an agent must have submitted at least one new application.
- To qualify for the monthly leaderboard, an agent must have at least one accredited application.
Note: The monthly leaderboard only includes enrollments from our top carriers: Humana, Aetna, Anthem, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, and WellCare.
