    Create Contact Reports

    Filter through your list of contacts with details including plan type, language preference, survey completion status, and more!

    Once you have a filtered contact report created, you can save it and have it stored within your Contacts tab for later use as well. To get started with Contact Reporting, head over to our Contacts tab in the platform.

    Agents are able to run reports for a variety of reasons and can filter with numerous options. Check out our list below for some helpful examples and walkthroughs of how you can use the Edit Report feature within the platform:

    Run a report for:

    Identifying which contacts have completed a Needs Assessment (or AEP survey) and have made changes via the survey
    ‣
    Identifying clients enrolled with a specific product type, carrier, and plan name
    ‣
    Identifying clients with a specific provider
    ‣
    Creating a mailing list of your Active Clients or Prospects
    ‣
    Identifying contacts with specific Healthcare and Medicare details
    ‣
    Pulling birthday lists with Contact Filtering

    Exporting Email Addresses from Contact Reporting
