Overview
As an Agency Principal (AP), you have the ability to resend contracting links to your downline agents directly from your Agency Contracting Page. This can help ensure agents complete the contracting process without delays. You can resend links individually or in bulk (by carrier) for added convenience.
When to Send a Resend Link
A resend link can be requested under these conditions:
- If the last contracting link was sent over 14 days ago: A new link can be requested directly through the platform. The agent will receive a new contracting email, and the status will update to Link Resent.
- If the last link was sent within 14 days: You will see instructions on how your agent can find or use the most recent link.
- If the carrier requires self-enrollment: You will see instructions to share with your agent, rather than a resend option.
Contracts Eligible for Resend
The following contract statuses are eligible for resend:
- Contract SentExpired
- No Longer Contracted (recent year)
- No Longer Interested
- Rejected by Carrier
- Under Other FMO
Bulk Resend
You have the option to resend links either individually or in bulk by carrier. When using the bulk feature, you can include up to 10 agents per carrier in a single request. Use the search and filter tools to easily find eligible agents before making your selections.
How to Send a Resend Link
In Agency View, navigate to the Carrier Contracts Page ( Back Office > View carrier contracts)
Locate the Resend links button in the upper right corner.
You will then proceed to Select carrier.
Next, select agents.
Note: You can resend links to a maximum of 10 agents at a time.
Review your selections, and click Request new links.

The next page will display a confirmation.
