    Troubleshooting

    I am having issues running Sunfire on my iPad/iPhone when using Safari and/or the Launch Sunfire button is unresponsive.

    1. Open theĀ SettingsĀ app on your iPhone.
    2. Scroll down and tap onĀ Safari.
    3. Scroll to theĀ Block Pop-upsĀ setting andĀ turn it OFFĀ (the slider should turn grey).
    4. Return to Safari and go back toĀ platform.sparkadvisors.com.
    5. Navigate to theĀ Quote & EnrollĀ section and clickĀ Launch SunFire.
    6. You should see a pop-up message like the one below – tapĀ ā€œAllowā€.
