Spark has reorganized the platform to make navigation easier and more intuitive, while also highlighting the most frequently used features in the main menu.
What’s Moved?
- Carrier Contracts - Add a carrier contact or state and complete annual certifications.
- Marketing - All resources for marketing strategy.
- User Management - Add users to the platform and set their access permissions.
- Production - Run reports on applications and enrollments.
- Client Retention - Send out emails and postcards to your clients throughout the year.
- Platform Data - Create an API key to use with Zapier or export your platform data.
LOA View
When viewing the platform in LOA View, the Back Office will include an option specific to LOA agents: Agents & LOA Settings.
Here, you can view all LOA agents linked to your book of business and configure default settings for their profiles.
