“Production” reporting refers to reporting related to enrollments generated. Surfacing policy level reporting from the carriers, giving you an idea of the current status of any client in your book. We run production reports on a weekly basis* and surface the report in your Spark Platform under the “Dashboard” and “Production” tabs.
(Please note: This data is updated once a week depending on carrier and we recommend confirming within the carrier portal concerning timely things like pending/denied policies)
Aggregated Reports
We aggregate reports from the following carriers to show production by agent by product by month:
- Aetna, Cigna, Humana, WellCare, Devoted, SCAN, BND, Molina, Alignment, UHC, Anthem, Central Health Plan, and Memorial Hermann.
- All other carriers are excluded either because (a) we don’t receive production reports on a regular basis or (b) our total enrollment volume is very low (<50 per year across all agents).
- Reports from the carrier may be lagging a few days so the data that you see can be up to ~14 days delayed.
- We merge the reports into a single table, and then layer in Spark’s own hierarchy information so that you can view your entire downline performance.
- Provides policy level insight into individual carriers or downlines
Policy Stages
- Active: Enrollment application was successfully submitted and processed by the carrier; policy should reflect as ‘Active’ for effective date of the plan
- Canceled: Enrollment application was canceled by the applicant before the effective date
- Denied: Enrollment application was denied by the carrier; please refer to the carrier for specifics
- Disenroll: Applicant chose to disenroll (cancel) the plan after the effective date has passed
- Pending Enrollment application is still pending per carrier data; not yet active
- Termed: The date in which the policy was actually terminated by the applicant or carrier
