** As of June 1, 2024 Aetna has discontinued their Health Risk Assessment

Aetna (SNP enrollments)
**Available on 2/3 | 48 Hours | Aetna SNP HRAs are going to be under the “ACTION” menu for each enrollment instead of under the START HRA section of Sunfire. |
Anthem | 7 Days | HRAs are suppressed for most Simply brand plans, and most CSNP plans. |
Cigna/Clearspring | 7 Days | Agents must complete HRA training in the Cigna portal to have HRA submission access. |
Devoted | 5 Days | N/A |
Healthsun/Freedom/Optimum | 7 Days | HRA Currently only supported for 2024 plans. |
Humana | 30 Days | Agents must complete HRA training in the Humana portal to have HRA submission access. |
United Health | 3 Days | N/A |
Wellcare/Centene | 90 Days | Ascension plans and plans in California do not have HRA available. |
Zing | 30 Days | N/A |
HRAs completed outside of Sunfire
The following carriers require HRA submissions through their own processes

Alignment | 1. Go to the agent portal for Alignment Health: https://agents.alignmenthealthcare.com/
2. Under the My Client tab you will be able to see that there is a sub tab for the HRA submissions.
The only plans that qualify for the HRA are the C-SNP and the D-SNP plans. |

To complete HRA form:
1. Log into Agent Portal.
2. Click “Start Enrollment” and complete the application.
3. Once the application is signed and submitted, you will be prompted to “Complete
the Health Risk Assessment (HRA)” form. |
