Compliant Titles

Here is a list of compliant titles you can use on marketing materials:

• Sales Agent
• Sales Representative
• Independent Sales Agent
• Independent Sales Representative
• Licensed Agent
• Licensed Sales Agent
• Licensed Sales Representative
• Licensed Insurance Representative

Every marketing material must have a compliant agent title in it. You can say things like “I specialize in Medicare” but you cannot say “Medicare expert.”

You may have the term “Medicare” in your LLC, or dba
