New - AI-Powered Chatbot

You can access the chatbot by going to your account in Spark and seeing the chat bubble icon on the bottom right of the page. You’ll also be able to access the chatbot throughout the Help Center as well.
Things the chatbot can answer:
- General questions about the Spark platform
- This includes questions on how to access the Needs Assessment, request a new state with Contracting, finance-related, and more!
- Accessing SunFire/Quote and Enroll tool
- Contracting Process
- Information on compliance guidelines
Things the chatbot cannot do:
- Provide individual information for your contacts
- Give a summary of benefits or plan specifics
