    Hours of Operation are as follows:

    Now until September 30th 9:00 am - 5:30 pm EST Monday - Friday

    October 1st – December 7th 8:00 am – 7:00 pm EST, Monday – Friday,

    During AEP - additional support on Saturdays 9 AM - 6 PM EST

    December 8th – December 31st 9:00 am - 5:30 pm EST Monday - Friday

    The MarketPoint Team supports all of the following:

    • Scheduling Issues
    • Applications
    • Ready to Sell appointments
    • Turnaround time on those resolutions 48/72 hrs (for carrier appointments)
    • Agent can't find account login
    • They must be assigned to a store to have access to an account
    • All that's offered for training gives them the rules and how to use Sunfire via video sessions

    The above issues specifically need to be supported by Marketpoint's team. Spark will not be able to manage any of these issues from our end.

    How to Get Started

    If you were notified of receiving a store, you should have receive a welcome email from Sunfire (donotreply@sunfirematrix.com) with the subject “Marketpoint Retail - Welcome” (see image below)

    If you have not received the below email, please contact the Marketpoint team (info above)

    1. Log into the Walmart-specific Sunfire instance HERE with the credentials provided in the email. Update you password in settings menu upon logging in.
    2. Select “Marketpoint Retail-RETAIL” under User Roles
    3. Next, review the “Training” and “Resource” tabs of the homepage to learn more about the program.
    4. THIS DOCUMENT contains instructions on each element of the Marketpoint Sunfire instance including:
      • Entering your schedule and logging store hours
      • Searching for contacts
      • Sending Scope of Appointments
      • Utilizing marketing assets
      • Enrollment
    5. Confirm carrier appointments your carrier appointments are correct in your account:
      1. Click the gear icon on the bottom left corner of the screen.
      2. Click “Generate” under RTS Report
    6. Confirm store is assigned properly on the “Events” dashboard on the Sunfire home screen.
    7. You will receive a welcome email (below)

    Program requirements
    • You can use the provided Sunfire instance to:
      • Order materials
      • Log store hours
      • Do enrollments (Walmart requests enrollments go through that instance, so they can track)
    • You will be required to:
      • Log ~20 store hours per week
      • Conduct apps via the Walmart Sunfire instance; the consequence of not doing so is unclear as there is no way to validate
    • There is no upfront cost for agents to participate in the program. The total program fees are:
      • $50/app renewal - you will be responsible for covering this
      • $200/mo rent - Spark is covering this fee
      • $150/app Y1 - Spark is covering this fee
