    The AEP 2025 Retention Survey is here! Click the links below for walkthroughs and information on the engagements coming from your Spark account!

    Set Up Steps

    1. Update your Marketing Profile in your Spark account HERE.
      1. If you need a headshot, let us know at support@sparkadvisors.com and we’ll send over instructions from our 3rd party vendor.
    2. Upload your contacts to Spark.
      • For Agents onboarding to the Spark platform upload your books of business to your Spark account HERE.
      • If you have already uploaded your book of business and have NEW clients to add to your account, complete the upload form HERE.
      • If your contacts are not uploaded before the 8/16 deadline they will not receive the AEP Retention Survey campaign.
      • *Only Active Clients with Active Medicare policy added to Spark are eligibile for this campaign.
    3. Activate the Client Retention program in your account HERE.
