Looking up physicians, medications & benefits

Using your Spark Platform simplifies the process of searching for providers, but there are one-off situations where you may need to go directly to the carrier portal to lookup providers, medications, benefits, etc.

While using the Spark Platform will greatly increase your efficiency with narrowing down providers, there may be instances where the issue is more than finding the perfect physician in-network, but making sure medications are covered and the desired benefits are available.

For those clients who do not qualify for any federal or government assistance such as LIS (low income subsidy) or Medicaid, finding the plan that covers medications could be a make-it or break-it scenario.
