    1: New Plan Enrollment

    When a Client’s policy moves from “Pending” to “Active” in your Spark account, a postcard and email drip campaign will be routed to the client thanking them and confirming that they’ve received their Summary of Benefits and ID Card.

    The New Plan Enrollment campaign’s is the day after the effective date of the contact’s new policy in Spark (see example engagements below):

    • 1 day after Effective Date - Postcards sent to client
    • 7 days after Effective date - Email #1 is sent to the client
    • 35 days after Effective date - Email #2 is sent to the client
